Branteya is the first online shop that sells lingerie which is based on Men’s opinion. We had to reach the golden middle where women should feel comfortable in our products and men would enjoy A LOT what they see. Based in Europe, Branteya brings the meaning of an old Bulgarian word standing for
“a lecherous woman”. (literal translation)

We strive to deliver something that’s not wide available on the market. Every model of the current collection is produced in a small batch. That’s why we’re not interested in reselling offers. We’re focusing on the end customer, if you would like to order a matching outfit for event, show etc. send us a message and tell us more. Under certain circumstances we could make an exeption. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We at Branteya accept paypal payments. In case you don’t have paypal , but you are really keen on our goods we can provide details for bank transfer – contact us. Unlike the paypal instant payments, bank transfers takes up to few days to be confirmed. We’re shipping after payment confirmation.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS?
Our experience as online shop lead us to a straight-forward decision to pick DHL, GLS & DPD as preferred delivery method. All of them provides outstanding service with probably one of the best tracking systems,parcel insurance and never the less it’s the fastest. Our package won’t delay and will be handled to you, few days after purchase. Courier delivery is more expensive method compared with the oridnary post service, but also with more benefits – as rapid delivery, insurance, and actually working tracking. We have flat rate shipping fee which is 40 euro. For orders above 300 euro the shipping would be on our dime.
Picking the courier would depend on your location, but in summary packages in Europe would be handled by DPD or GLS. United States and rest of the world would be handled with DHL. We’re shipping our goods up to 48 hours after payment.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
We at Branteya are not happy unless you are, which is why we offer a 30 day return policy. Send us a picture of the damaged good, brief description if it can’t be seen well on the photo and your contact details. We will send you an address where package should be returned at buyer’s expense and would be fully refunded after delivery. Goods should be in a good shape, without marks of use.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
We make sure we use top-shelf packaging materials,methods and shipping . Our products are not fragile and delivery with courier is another guarantee you will receive them in a top-notch condition, but in case you receive damaged product we would love to provide discount voucher for next purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
What materials are used in branteya Lingerie ?
We invest a lot of effort to pick the finest materials from different parts of Europe and Asia and crafting them into outstanding product with extravagant and flashy design that last longer. The silky stretch fabrics and the elastic strips sits flat and won’t dig, also stays put without cinching. Tops provide comfort and support while they also adapt to fit your size. The 100% organic cotton layers in the g-strings are making them breatheable where it counts. That’s why they’re “barely there” plus the fact we LOVE the see-through fine lace.
What contains a package from Branteya?
We respect privacy that’s why we’re using discreet double package.
A package from us would contain your order. Branteya products feels like second skin and the only suitable addition to that second skin is a fragrance that caresses the senses, that’s why we’re adding a sample of boutique perfume to every order. I really like the parfume. Can i have some more ?
Parfume samples are from a small european company. We find them lovely and that’s why we’re adding them to every package. The sample bottle should have a two digit number. Send us a message with that number and we will make sure you will have some extra with your next order – for free. If you would like a regular size parfume, please include that request to your email and your shipping details. We would love to check the price with our partners and make shipping quote for you.
